ZATCA Data Processing

This data is processed solely for the purpose of achieving ZATCA compliance and is not used for any other purpose.

You retain ownership of all invoice and business data processed through our systems. We do not sell, share, or use your business data for any commercial purpose beyond providing the contracted services.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share your information only:

• With the ZATCA Fatoorah portal as required for e-invoicing compliance
• With cloud infrastructure providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, RackSpace) that host our systems under appropriate data processing agreements
• As required by Saudi Arabian law, regulation, or court order

Data Retention

We retain your personal and business data for as long as you are a client and for the period required by Saudi Arabian tax and accounting regulations (currently a minimum of 10 years for VAT-related records under ZATCA requirements). You may request deletion of non-legally-required data at any time by contacting us.

Our ZATCA integration systems use cryptographic signing and secure transmission to ZATCA's clearance platform as required by ZATCA's technical specifications.
